L'Agence Bovis est la plus
ancienne agence immobilière de la Côte d'Azur.
Elle fut fondée en 1895 par Joseph Bovis, architecte de formation,
qui dessina la plupart des monuments publics de Beaulieu-sur-Mer, notamment l'église,
le Monument aux Morts, la fameuse Baie des Fourmis, etc. apportant ainsi
sa contribution personnelle à l'épanouissement de la Côte d'Azur.
En 1938, son fils Marcel Bovis, architecte lui-aussi, reprit l'agence
familiale. Passionné par son métier, il fut l'un des premiers syndicalistes à défendre
la profession.
Parallèlement à son activité immobilière, il entreprit la rénovation
de nombreuses très belles propriétés sur le Cap Ferrat ; notamment,
l'Eolienne et La Félicité.
A Beaulieu-sur-Mer, il dessina également un grand nombre de villas
dont l'Espéranza, l'Armélita...
Depuis 1978, le petit-fils Christian Bovis, reprit à son tour l'Agence
Bovis. Par sa formation d'économiste, il a développé les départements
juridiques et économiques de l'affaire familiale en lui donnant une
dimension nouvelle qui permet de répondre aux exigences de la clientèle
française et étrangère.
Christian Bovis est administrateur de la Fédération Nationale de
l'Immobilier (F.N.A.I.M.) et membre de l'Association Nationale Realtor (NAR).
Il est également un participant actif des affaires locales et contribue à la gestion de la
communauté.
Conscient du rôle primordial de Conseiller qu'est devenu l'Agent
Immobilier, il a créé et développé tant en Europe qu'en Amérique et au Canada un faisceau de
correspondants et de diffusion qui confère désormais une notoriété
internationale à l'Agence Bovis.
La philosophie de l'Agence Bovis est d'être le premier dans les domaines
du professionnalisme, de l'intégrité, et de la réputation.

The Bovis Agency is the oldest real estate agency
on the French Riviera.
It was established in
1895 by Joseph Bovis, an architect who was responsible for the creation of many public monuments in
Beaulieu sur Mer. He designed the roman
Catholic church, the war memorial, and created the famous "Baie des Fourmis" which
is a popular recreational area. He put his personal stamp on the French Riviera with
his numerous architectural contributions.
In 1938, his son, Marcel
Bovis, also an architect, took over the family agency. He was passionately involved in his career and was also one of the first real estate agents to
defend the profession.
In addition to his real estate
duties, he was responsible for the
design and renovation of magnificent residences on Saint Jean Cap
Ferrat, notably
villas l'Eolienne and La Félicité. In Beaulieu sur Mer, he designed many villas,
including Esperanza and Armelita.
In 1978, grandson Christian Bovis took over the responsabilities of the Bovis
Agency. As a graduate of the University of Nice with a degree in economics, he has developed
the legal and economic side of the business, thus enabling the agency to deal
competitively within the global marketplace.
Christian Bovis is an administrator of the Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier
(F.N.A.I.M.), and is a member of the international section of the National Association of
Realtors (NAR). He is also an active participant in local and community
affairs.
Aware of the essential advisory role of the real estate
agent, Christian Bovis has created and developed a distribution network in Europe as well as in Canada and the United
States, which confers an international notoriety on the Bovis Agency.
